Unreleased Elliott Smith Tracks Leaked

As reported by MTV News, 22 unreleased Elliott Smith tracks have been leaked online. The songs are being circulated under the title From A Basement On The Hill II although only some of the tracks were actually recorded during the sessions for From A Basement On The Hill, the record Smith was working on when he died, and which was released, posthumously, in 2004. The two discs’ worth of songs recorded between 1994 and 1997 include seven from the sessions for his self-titled album and 11 from the sessions for Either/Or.
